Where It All Began
From a young age, skincare was more than a routine for Grace- it was a fascination. What began as homemade masks in the kitchen quickly became a hobby rooted in curiosity. She spent hours researching ingredients, checking books out from the library, and learning how the skin truly functions.
Living with chronic eczema deepened that exploration. Navigating flare-ups and reactions led her to study the skin barrier, inflammation, and holistic healing long before it became part of the mainstream conversation.
In her early twenties- even as a licensed esthetician- Grace experienced her own struggles with acne. Rather than accepting the harsh prescription suggestions from dermatologists, she immersed herself further in research and treated her own skin with patience, discipline, and intention. That lived experience gave her deepened empathy, shaped her understanding of corrective care, resilience, and a truly personalized treatment.
What began as personal exploration evolved into a fulfilling career spanning nearly two decades in luxury spa environments and advanced skincare.

Grace refined her craft in some of Miami’s most respected luxury spa environments, where precision, elevated service, and relaxation with results-driven treatments were the standard.
Over nearly 20 years, she has combined her knowledge of advanced esthetics, corrective skincare, acne specialization, and ongoing holistic education to create an approach that is both effective and deeply nurturing.
Radiant Grace was born from this foundation — a space where modern corrective techniques harmonize with ancient healing wisdom. A place where results and restoration coexist.
After years of serving clients in Miami, Grace brought her vision north, establishing Radiant Grace in Pompano Beach as a sanctuary for soulful skincare and holistic wellness.

With nearly 20 years of experience in luxury spa environments, Grace blends advanced corrective skincare with holistic healing to create treatments that are both transformative and deeply restorative.
Her personal journey through eczema and acne shaped her disciplined, research-driven approach to skin health. Today, she integrates corrective techniques, aging-well modalities, acne specialization, and Reiki to support the skin, the nervous system, and overall well-being.
Grace founded Radiant Grace as a sanctuary where modern skincare and soulful care come together — honoring every season of the skin and guiding each Radiant Beauty back to wholeness.
Ileana Aguilera | Licensed Massage Therapist | Ayurveda Practitioner | Vedic Counselor | Facialist
With over 15 years of experience as a dedicated bodyworker, Ileana brings depth, precision, and intuitive care to every session. Her background spans luxury spa environments and independent practice, where she has worked with a diverse range of clients, from professional athletes to mothers, teachers, and busy professionals seeking restoration.
Her continued study in esthetics, yoga, personal training, Ayurveda, and acupuncture reflects a deep commitment to the growth of her skills and understanding the body as an interconnected system. This integrative knowledge allows her to approach each treatment with both clinical awareness and intuitive presence.
Ileana does not follow a protocol routine in her bodywork sessions. She listens — adjusting technique, pressure, and pace to meet the body exactly where it is. Whether offering soothing relaxation or focused therapeutic work, her treatments are personalized, grounding, and deeply restorative.
Through thoughtful touch and mindful intention, Ileana creates an experience that supports balance, relief, and renewed vitality.
Sandy Pfeffer | Licensed Esthetician | Electrologist
Sandy is a licensed esthetician devoted to creating skincare experiences that are both results-driven and deeply nurturing. Each treatment is thoughtfully customized to support healthy, glowing skin while offering a space to fully relax and receive.
At the heart of Sandy’s work is a genuine love for caring for others. She has a natural ability to make each client feel seen, supported, and at ease, creating an experience that goes beyond the treatment itself.
With a strong foundation in education and technique, Sandy is a graduate of Boca Beauty Academy and a former skincare and electrolysis instructor. She is passionate about continued learning and is dedicated to refining her skills while staying aligned with the latest advancements in skincare.
Sandy also brings 29 years of service in the United States Air Force, where she developed a deep sense of integrity, precision, and attention to detail. These qualities are seamlessly woven into the way she approaches each treatment and cares for every client.
Trained in the Radiant Grace way, Sandy’s intention is to create a peaceful, welcoming space where you can unwind, feel genuinely cared for, and leave with skin that looks and feels beautifully refreshed.
